Various citrus mites can be the cause of deformed flowers, deformed leaves, distorted fruit, grey or rusty foliage and discoloured fruit. The mites themselves cannot be seen by the naked eye as they are microscopic in size. If these pests occur on your fruit trees, control them by spraying with Searles Wettable Sulphur. You may need to repeat spray to keep them under control.
