Recipe Garlic Prawn Skewers


wooden skewers soaked in water for 1 hour prior
1 1/2 tbsps olive oil
3 x cloves garlic, crushed
1 small chilli, deseeded & crushed
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper
500g green prawns, shelled with tails intact



1. Combine olive oil, garlic, chillies, lemon juice, salt & pepper in a bowl
2. Add green prawns & mix together thoroughly.
3. Skewer prawns & grill or fry until cooked.

Serve immediately with rice or green salad!
