Dig your food!

Dietitian and Nutritionist Deb Blakley from Kids Dig Food writes:

“Pawpaw is rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin C and is also lower in kilojoules than many other fruits.  The red papaya variety has a sweeter and less bitter taste than the yellow/orange ones. Let kids have fun scooping out the slippery seeds and squishing them in their fingers while you’re chopping them for a snack.”
