Spiced roasted carrots recipe



6-8 medium carrots,

slim or quartered

2 tbsps of honey

2 tsp olive oil

1 thyme sprig

1 rosemary sprig

1 tbsp cumin powder



In a mixing bowl, combine honey, olive oil, thyme, rosemary and cumin powder.

With your hands, coat carrots thoroughly.

Place carrots on a lined baking tray and cook for 30 minutes at 180˚C in a fan-forced oven.
